Iron Man 

Iron Man should really only be done if you have two people who would be comfortable with it and is pretty self-explanatory. Two players challenge the coach to different easy physical tasks such as arm wrestle, thumb wrestle,press-ups,sit ups, jumping stars,jumping jacks and basically any really easy physical activity.It is important for the players to count and be enthusiastic and for the coach to be sensible and to let the kids win as that is an important moment for the participants.
